How to Enter

2. Take a photo at the stand
3. Post your photo on LinkedIn, tagging #ProspectIntelligence #matterb2b
4. Ensure your post is public so your entry can be verified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Internet access and a valid LinkedIn account are required.

Entry Period

• Opens: Wednesday, 19 November 2025
• Closes: Thursday, 28 November 2025, at 23:59 (GMT)

Entries received outside the stated period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must represent a business or organisation operating in the UK.
• Employees of Matter (B2B) Ltd, its affiliates, suppliers, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Each person may enter once only. Multiple or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a 1-year subscription to Prospect Intelligence™, valued at £18,000 (GBP).
• The subscription is governed by the Prospect Intelligence™ Service-Specific Schedule and Matter (B2B) Ltd Terms & Conditions.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The draw will take place on or before Friday, 12 December 2025.
• The winner will be contacted via LinkedIn direct message.
• The winner must respond within 14 days to confirm acceptance.
• Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture, and a replacement winner may be selected.

Publicity & Rights

• By entering, participants grant Matter (B2B) Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their submitted photo, name, and LinkedIn post for promotional purposes (including social media, website, and print) without additional compensation.
• Entrants confirm they have obtained consent from any individuals appearing in their photo.

Data Protection

• Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the Matter (B2B) Ltd Privacy Policy, available at [insert privacy policy URL].
• Data will be used solely for administration of this Promotion and related marketing communications (if opted in).

General Conditions
