Senior Account Executive

The Role

Senior Account Executives are key players in supporting and executing the operational and strategic direction of client accounts. They collaborate closely with the wider Client Servicing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with client objectives. They play a critical role in managing daily account activities and are instrumental in driving projects to successful completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of client campaigns in collaboration with the Client Servicing Team
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of campaigns by providing insightful data analysis and reports
  • Aid in the development of client growth plans and participate in client meetings as required
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
  • Support the delegation of tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Contribute to the maintenance and growth of allocated client accounts through in-depth understanding of client needs and industry trends
  • Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, suggesting improvements when necessary
  • Respond to client queries promptly and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support financial and administrative tasks related to client accounts
  • Work with the team to ensure all deliverables are of high quality and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Support the Client Servicing team in presenting work to clients and stakeholders
  • Help maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and the agency to ensure that all objectives are aligned and met

Experience Required:

 

  • Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of supporting account management for digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation toolsexperience in strategic selling (within any sector)
  • A good understanding of ABM strategies and the role they play within account managementb2b background.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationshipscommunication skills – both written and verbal
