The Role

Senior Account Executives are key players in supporting and executing the operational and strategic direction of client accounts. They collaborate closely with the wider Client Servicing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with client objectives. They play a critical role in managing daily account activities and are instrumental in driving projects to successful completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of client campaigns in collaboration with the Client Servicing Team
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of campaigns by providing insightful data analysis and reports
  • Aid in the development of client growth plans and participate in client meetings as required
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
  • Support the delegation of tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Contribute to the maintenance and growth of allocated client accounts through in-depth understanding of client needs and industry trends
  • Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, suggesting improvements when necessary
  • Respond to client queries promptly and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support financial and administrative tasks related to client accounts
  • Work with the team to ensure all deliverables are of high quality and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Support the Client Servicing team in presenting work to clients and stakeholders
  • Help maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and the agency to ensure that all objectives are aligned and met

Experience Required:

 

  • Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of supporting account management for digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation toolsexperience in strategic selling (within any sector)
  • A good understanding of ABM strategies and the role they play within account managementb2b background.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationshipscommunication skills – both written and verbal

The Role

Working on behalf of a specific client, you can be responsible for anything from fully qualified lead generation through to a complete sales cycle but in whatever capacity, quality is the key so you must understand and appreciate a consultative sales process to ensure the highest quality of work is produced.

Quality over quantity again sets us apart from our competition so you are encouraged NOT to cold call but instead to research your prospects, utilise social media and the company’s entire technology stack to make best use of the high-quality AI/ML produced data as outlined in the responsibilities below.

Finally, you will also Account Manage your specific client, holding regular update meetings and constantly engaging to ensure you’re fully abreast of their business and wider marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:

Use Social Selling to:

  • Share the appropriate client content
  • Build your network with appropriate client prospects
  • enagage with these prospects via direct message, video and phone

Use personalised 121 video to enhance the prospecting process:

  • To deliver the client proposition in an engaging and personalised manner
  • To engage with newly connected prospects on LinkedIn OR using email addresses
  • To nurture existing prospects to the next stage of the prospecting pipeline

Email Cadencing:

  • Use the Lead Management System to dispatch 3-4 email cadences to prospects (using the prewritten email sequences in the platform)

Phone:

  • Use the phone to engage with prospects 121, capture bespoke intelligence, deliver the client proposition, and generate a lead / sale outcome

Account Management:

  • Insight capture/story telling: Critical to the strategic development of client programmes is the capturing of key client intelligence and the story telling (with the Management team) of how the client’s proposition is being received and how the programme/pipeline is developing.

Pre-requisites:

 

  • Excellent selling skills
  • Strong Social Media presence (LinkedIn)
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic selling (within any sector)
  • Strong b2b background.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Presentation skills (and being Video Ready)
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • PC literate + tech savvy
